This should be your word for the year...

New year, new me!

Hey, I love the 'New Year, New Me' thinking. It's when my coaches get very busy as everyone starts planning what they want to achieve in the year. ($$$$$$$$$$.)

The focus, though, is always on goals (or intentions). Which is great, but the problem is that it stops there.

You see, goal-setting is futile without action. If you're not prepared to do the work, the goal is simply a lovely feel-good way to start the year.

Your word for the year should be 'discipline.' (You're welcome.)

Because with discipline comes action.

Discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment.

Whether it's in our personal lives or our professional careers, discipline is essential for success.

Discipline isn't just about working hard and pushing ourselves to the limit. It's also about being smart and strategic in our approach. It's about setting clear goals and creating a plan to achieve them. It's about being accountable for our actions and being willing to adapt and adjust as we learn and grow.

In short, discipline is the key to unlocking our potential and achieving our aspirations.

Discipline creates action. And action creates confidence. Which creates motivation. And you become more disciplined.
